Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking a contractor to provide rental, installation, and dismantling services for the DISA exhibit booth at the AFCEA TechNet Augusta 2025 event. The requirement includes rental of background displays with graphics, TV monitor mounts, furniture, carpet with carpet padding, and shipping for the DISA exhibit. The contractor will be responsible for picking up DISA's exhibit equipment, transporting it to the conference site, and returning it to the DISA warehouse after the event. The contractor must also provide installation and dismantling services for the exhibit booth.
• The exhibit booth will be set up at the Augusta Convention Center in Augusta, GA, from August 19th to August 21st, 2025.
• The contractor must provide all necessary furniture, carpet, and display materials for the exhibit booth.
• The contractor must also provide shipping and material handling services for the exhibit equipment.
• The contract period is from the date of award to September 12th, 2025.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and accessibility.
