• Operational improvements: signage modernization, smart parking revenue system, and future parking‑needs study for Central and West garages.
• Structural‑engineering services: data gathering, preliminary & final design, phasing, permitting support, trade‑partner procurement assistance, construction‑phase oversight, and post‑construction maintenance planning.
• Required deliverables: Cover letter, insurance proof, MGL 7C §44 registration, SF‑330 Part II for prime and all sub‑consultants, BIM models, and detailed cost estimates.
• Evaluation criteria (equally weighted): team experience, technical approach, BIM/VDC & lean construction expertise, sustainability & resiliency experience, and diversity & inclusion plan.
• Budget ceiling: up to $15 million (work‑order based); submission via Bid Express; no hard‑copy bids accepted.
