Description
The Bastrop County Complex HVAC Replacement project involves replacing the HVAC systems in the courthouse, including the addition/extension, the outside mechanical plant, and the Annex building. The work includes removing and restoring building assemblies, extending an existing stair in the Annex building, and making structural steel modifications to support new stair penthouse and roof-top HVAC units. The project also includes site work, asbestos and lead abatement, and modification and repairs to the exterior envelope for roof and wall penetrations.
