Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is soliciting offers from qualified contractors to repair the existing Cleaver-Brooks CB700-40 boiler at the Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC) in Parker, Arizona. The requirement is intended to restore the boiler to safe, reliable, and code-compliant operating condition while minimizing disruption to healthcare operations.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Repairing the boiler to restore it to normal operating condition
• Including inspection and minor refractory repairs necessary to restore the boiler
• Coordinating inspection scheduling with the Government and supporting all inspection activities
• Complying with applicable Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) registration requirements
• Adhering to Service Contract Labor Standards for prevailing wage requirements
• Performing work during normal facility operating hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays)
