Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a reliable, secure, and user-friendly wireless microphone system for the Jones Auditorium at Maxwell Air Force Base. The system must be suitable for frequent, high-visibility instructional and ceremonial use. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment. The following are key features of the job:
* The current wireless microphone system has reached end-of-life and must be replaced with a modern, digitally encrypted, Audio-over-IP-capable solution.
* The contractor must provide a system that meets the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) paragraph 5.1.
* The system must be installed in accordance with the SOW paragraph 5.2.
* The contractor must provide service and support for the system for a period of one year.
* The system must be delivered and installed by May 1, 2026.
