Description
The project involves comprehensive replacement and upgrade of the building's HVAC systems, including wall-hung and rooftop air conditioning units, furnaces, fan coil units, heat pumps, and ceiling-mounted water source heat pumps, with reuse of existing ductwork where feasible. The central plant will be fully replaced, including the cooling tower, heat exchanger, pumps, boilers, and associated piping, insulation, and accessories. Key aspects of the project include:
