Description
Lacey Fire District 3 is seeking a cloud‑based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that integrates financial management, HR/payroll, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and workflow automation for a public‑safety special district. The District requires a full‑service solution including implementation, data migration, integration with existing time‑and‑attendance and asset‑management tools, ongoing support, and a roadmap for AI‑enhanced analytics. The award will be a long‑term (minimum 10‑year) contract with a go‑live target of January 1 2028.
• Core modules needed: General Ledger, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, HR core, payroll (complex fire‑agency rules), benefits, time‑and‑attendance integration, reporting & dashboards.
• Cloud SaaS preferred; must meet Washington State BARS accounting, MFA, SOC 1/2, encryption, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Vendor must supply detailed TCO (5‑ and 10‑year), implementation plan, data conversion strategy, and demonstrate capability through live demos using District‑specific scenarios.
