Arkansas Tech University is seeking bids to procure a high‑performance Phenom XL G2 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and associated options. The solicitation covers new or refurbished units, optional upgrades (energy‑dispersive X‑ray spectroscopy, secondary electron detector, extended motorized stage, ChemiSEM mapping, ChemiPhase software), related software (MAPS 3), on‑site training, a LUXOR Gold sputter coater with vacuum pump, shipping & handling, and extended warranty. All goods must be delivered FOB the university with prepaid freight, and vendors must supply required compliance documentation (EEO letter, insurance certificates, contract & grant disclosure, VPAT, anti‑boycott certifications, etc.).
