Description
The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking a contractor to provide Dell PowerEdge R660 servers. The contractor must be a certified small business vendor and an authorized reseller for Dell. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor must provide new and unused equipment. The contractor must also provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The scope of work includes replacing old servers that are going end of life. The key requirements for the servers are specified in the attached documents. Some of the key features required include:
• Replacement of old servers going end of life
• Provision of new and unused equipment
• Authorization as a Dell reseller
• Compliance with the State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501—14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland
• Certification as a small business vendor
• Ability to provide a screenshot of the MSRP with the bid
The evaluation criteria for the proposal will be based on price, timeliness of delivery, and other factors. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal.
