Description
The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration, Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the replacement of the Lab HVAC Unit at Welch Community Hospital. The scope of work includes removal and disposal of the existing rooftop unit, selective demolition and disposal of the roof and curb, and installation of a new roof HVAC top unit. The contractor will also be required to provide roof repair and inspection with a warranty. The project requires adherence to construction documents and turn-key job completion.
