Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $8,000,000

The solicitation estimates roughly 5,340 radiation‑related procedures per year. Assuming an average reimbursement of $200‑$300 per procedure (typical for diagnostic imaging and therapy services in a federal inmate setting), annual revenue would range from about $1.1 M to $1.6 M. Over a potential five‑year contract (base year plus four options), total earnings could be approximately $5 M‑$8 M. The estimate accounts for all labor, compliance, training, and badge costs required by the contract.
