Lawnmower Repair, Parts and Related Supplies

The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to provide lawnmower repair and maintenance services, including parts and related supplies, for its 12 public housing sites. The vendor will be required to pick up and deliver lawnmowers for repair, provide written quotes for repairs, and perform annual maintenance on walk-behind and riding lawnmowers. The contract term is one year with four one-year option terms. The vendor must comply with Section 3 regulations and provide economic opportunities to low- and very low-income persons. • The vendor must have experience in lawnmower repair and maintenance. • The vendor must be able to provide all necessary tools, equipment, and materials. • The vendor must have adequate security and storage space to protect HACLA's equipment. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and registration. • The vendor must submit a completed Quote Form Worksheet with their quote packet.
