Description
Rowan University is seeking an on‑call contractor to provide comprehensive mechanical repair and maintenance services across all of its campuses. The contract is structured as a one‑year base term (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with up to two optional one‑year renewals, and the vendor must be capable of responding to emergency calls within one hour and non‑emergency calls within four hours. The scope covers HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, valves, ductwork, and related mechanical systems, with all work required to comply with applicable codes and university policies.
• Provide emergency (≤ 1 hr) and non‑emergency (≤ 4 hr) mechanical repairs on demand.
• Maintain, replace, and service HVAC, pumps, motors, valves, ductwork, and ancillary equipment at six Rowan campuses.
• Submit hourly flat‑rate pricing; no bid bond required; contracts subject to performance penalties and annual reporting requirements.
