Bottled Water Services

Texas Tech University is seeking a provider of bottled water services, including bottled water, dispensers, and equipment rental, to be used by various departments on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded to one or more proposers, with no guaranteed minimum amount or quantity of services. The scope of the RFP does not include individually sized bottled water, as the university is currently contracted with Coca-Cola for this service. • The provider will be required to provide documentation supporting their qualifications, including applicable licensing and professional certifications. • The provider will be required to certify that they will obtain all required insurance coverage with TTU listed as additional insured and provide proof of coverage within 30 days of contract execution. • The provider will be required to provide a detailed description of similar services completed or goods sold within the past five years. • The provider will be required to provide information about any pending arbitration/mediation, litigation, or claims filed against them in the past five years.
