The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting proposals to upgrade chillers and cooling towers energy at the Energy Center. The contractor will be required to comply with current Department of Veterans Affairs policy for personal identity verification of all employees performing under this contract when frequent and continuing access to VA facilities or logical access to VA information and information systems is required. The contractor must ensure that all personnel requiring access are properly sponsored, vetted, investigated, and credentialed at the appropriate risk and sensitivity level identified in the contract. The contractor remains fully responsible for meeting all contract requirements, performance schedules, and deliverables.
