Description
The Utah Army National Guard is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) from qualified commercial vendors for the procurement of “Handsets and a Mobile Base System”. The system must meet specific technical characteristics, including frequency range, channel separation, and encryption. The contract type will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote.
• The system must include a Mobile Base Station System, Handset/Transceiver UHF, Pouch, tactical for transceivers, Multi Charger for transceivers, Adapter Lead, transceiver to US NATO-f, and Onsite post-installation advice and training.
• The system must meet specific technical requirements, including frequency range, channel separation, and encryption.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote for all items.
• The government reserves the right to make an award solely on initial quotes received.
