GRID 20/20 data collections and monitoring services

The Naval Facilities Engineering Expeditionary Warfare Center is seeking to award a sole-source contract to Grid 20/20, Inc. for the provision of GRID 20/20 data collections and monitoring services. The services include data collection, analytics, and monitoring of up to 1,610 devices to support Advanced Transformer Infrastructure (ATI) and Gridwire Fire-Spy hardware at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The contract will be firm-fixed price and will have a duration of five years. The key tasks include: • Provide Data Collection and Analytics • Provide ATI Transformer data communications • Provide ATI notifications • Provide ATI GRID watchdog SaaS Annual recurring services • Provide onsite and virtual services • Provide and maintain FedRAMP Cybersecurity Services at DoD Impact Level (IL) 4 The government has determined that Grid 20/20, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of providing the required commercial services due to the proprietary nature of the existing hardware and the mandatory FedRAMP IL4 cybersecurity certification.
