Project Portfolio Management Platform

The County of San Mateo is seeking a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform to streamline and automate project life-cycle processes. The platform should enable capacity planning, skills management, resource allocations, project planning, and task management, among other features. The contract was awarded to Planview Delaware, LLC. Key features of the platform include: • Project intake, governance, prioritization, and strategic alignment to County's strategic goals and priorities • Capacity planning, skills management, resource allocations, project planning, and task management • Integration with County's Workday, ServiceNow, and Okta systems • Executive reporting and project status reporting The contract is for the provision of a PPM platform, and the vendor is expected to provide a comprehensive solution that meets the County's requirements.
