Towing Services

The City of Allentown has awarded a contract for towing services to Ross Body & Framework. The contract includes provisions for towing and storage services for vehicles damaged in accidents, abandoned, nuisance, and/or impounded vehicles, or snow emergency towing within the City of Allentown. The vendor is required to respond within 30 minutes of the initial call and release police officers from the scene in a timely manner. The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process, with the City evaluating proposals based on the lowest most responsible bidder. • The contract includes a notice of award sent to the vendor on February 14, 2023. • The vendor is required to obtain a valid business license with the City of Allentown, if required. • The vendor is required to provide the required insurance as identified in the bid. • The City will not execute a contract with a vendor that has not obtained a valid business license or has failed to provide the required insurance.
