The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk for the installation of a zip line at the zoo. The project includes site preparation, demolition, and construction of the zip line and related infrastructure. The construction manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed within the available budget and by May 2021. The project is expected to begin in February 2021 and will include the installation of two zip lines, each approximately 680 feet long. The zip lines will be fabricated off-site and delivered to the zoo for assembly.
