Description
Morrow County, Oregon, established a two‑year qualified‑contractor pool for mowing, brushing, and vegetation‑management services on county rights‑of‑way. Multiple vendors may be called on as work arises; there is no guaranteed minimum volume. Vendors submit hourly, all‑inclusive rates for equipment categories (tractor/mower, boom mower, flail mower, skid‑steer with brush cutter, excavator with masticator, forestry mulcher, etc.) and must meet insurance, experience, and equipment qualifications. The County may award work orders based on availability, equipment fit, pricing, and performance, and may add or remove vendors during the term.
