TRANSPORTATION PLANNING REPORT UPDATES Title VI Program and Environmental Justice Analysis for the Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG)

The Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) is seeking a qualified contractor to update the Title VI Report and Environmental Justice Analysis for the region. The scope of work includes preparing updates to the Title VI Report, Language Assistance Plan, Public Participation Plan, and Environmental Justice Analysis in compliance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) regulations. The contractor will work with the StanCOG team to complete the updates, and the work is expected to be completed within a timeframe of approximately 229 days. • The contractor will be responsible for updating the Title VI Report, including the Language Assistance Plan and Public Participation Plan. • The contractor will also be responsible for updating the Environmental Justice Analysis. • The contractor will work with the StanCOG team to complete the updates. • The work is expected to be completed within a timeframe of approximately 229 days. • The contractor will be required to submit drafts and final reports to StanCOG for review and approval.
