Bill Print, Presentation and Mail Services

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for Bill Print, Archive and Presentation and Mail Services. The city currently bills 66,000 utility customers for multiple services on a monthly basis. Proposals should include the ability to process daily bill files, archiving of statements, mailing, suppression of envelopes and/or bills for certain customers, status updates on files and processing. The contract was awarded to InfoSend, Inc. The scope of services includes tri-fold customer notices to be generated daily from a file created by the City. • The City is seeking a vendor to provide bill print, presentation, and mail services. • The vendor will be responsible for processing daily bill files, archiving statements, and mailing bills to customers. • The contract includes the ability to suppress envelopes and/or bills for certain customers and provide status updates on files and processing. • The vendor will also generate tri-fold customer notices daily from a file created by the City.
