Composting for Dining Services

This contract is for composting services for Kennesaw State University (KSU) Dining Services. The contractor will provide commercial organic waste diversion, disposal, and composting for Dining Services. The initial contract term is for one year, with four additional one-year options to renew. The contractor must have at least three years of commercial waste disposal experience and provide at least three projects of similar size and scope. The contractor must also provide monthly service reports and certify that the pick-up was composted according to the contract. Some key points about this contract include: * The contractor must supply all composting containers/receptacles and ensure they are clearly marked for the material intended. * The contractor must provide quarterly inspection reports of all containers/receptacles on both campuses. * The contractor must respond to "On Call" services within 24 hours and render services within 24 hours of the request. * The contractor must provide a list of approved compostable materials and ensure that all compostable materials are composted according to the contract.
