Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified janitorial services provider to perform comprehensive cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance at multiple City of Wilmington facilities and the Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization. The work is performed twice weekly at each site and includes a tiered service model with daily base tasks, monthly supplemental tasks, and quarterly deep‑clean tasks. The contractor must supply all cleaning equipment and “green” supplies (except paper products, toilet paper, soap, and liners supplied by the City), conduct background checks on all staff, and adhere to strict after‑5 PM work‑hour restrictions. The contract runs from the award date through June 30 2025 with the possibility of up to two one‑year extensions, and pricing is submitted on a per‑visit basis with a 2 % escalation for each renewal.
• 8 City‑owned locations, each visited twice per week (≈ 832 visits per year).
