Description
The County of San Luis Obispo sought professional engineering services to design and construct a CO2 injection system. The project required a qualified vendor to design and provide an effective dual train CO2 injection system capable of controlling scaling issues caused by high source water pH. The scope of services included providing requirements for successful installation and operation of the injection unit. Unfortunately, the contract was not awarded, and the scope of services has been revised and resolicited as Bid #394821. Key aspects of the project include:
