SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION SERVICES

This contract is for sign language interpretation services to be provided by Accurate Communications, Inc to the County of Orange. The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. The total amount of the contract is not to exceed $5,000.00. The scope of work includes providing sign language interpretation services as specified in the contract. • The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and termination. • The contractor is required to provide invoices on their letterhead, including specific information such as contract number, product/service description, and total amount due. • The county has the right to dispute any items or services involved or billed under the contract. • The contract includes a lobbying certification, which requires the contractor to certify that no federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid to any person influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of Congress. • The contract includes a provision for renewal, which requires mutual written agreement of both parties. • The contract includes a provision for termination, which requires written notice from the county to the contractor.
