Emergency Dispatch Services

The City of Cottonwood has entered into an agreement with the Town of Jerome to provide emergency dispatch services. The services include dispatching manpower and apparatus, performing daily tests of radio systems, and maintaining equipment. The Town of Jerome will pay an annual fee of $7,784.00, with a 5% increase each year. The agreement is for a term of one year, with the option to discuss extension 90 days before the termination date. The parties agree to indemnify each other for any claims arising out of the performance of the agreement.
