The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive, city‑wide HVAC preventative‑maintenance and repair program for 21 municipal buildings over a three‑year base period, with two optional one‑year extensions. Services include quarterly walkthroughs, filter changes, seasonal start‑up/run inspections, annual coil cleanings, emergency 24‑hour response, and repair/replacement of failed or worn moving parts (with prior City approval).
