HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services for IDF Rooms

The County of Orange has awarded a contract to Mesa Energy Systems Inc., DBA: Emcor Services Mesa Energy for HVAC preventative maintenance services for IDF rooms. The contract is for a term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The contractor will provide semi-annual preventative maintenance services, including mechanical inspection and maintenance, electrical inspection and testing, refrigerant and coil maintenance, drainage and condensate system maintenance, and air filtration and quality maintenance.
