PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND RELATED PRODUCTS

This contract is for the provision of promotional items and related products to the County of Orange. The contract also includes information on shipping charges, payment terms, and invoicing instructions. • The contract is for a period of 5 years, from 2023-02-01 to 2028-02-01. • The contractor is required to provide a wide range of promotional items, including awards, trophies, and apparel. • The contract includes a pricing structure, with discounts for large quantities and a firm fixed fee for the contract. • The contractor is responsible for all costs related to photocopying, telephone communications, and fax communications while on County sites during the performance of work and services under this contract. • The County will pay the contractor based on the schedule of fees set forth in the contract, with payment terms of net 30 days after receipt of an invoice in a format acceptable to the County of Orange.
