Custodial Services

This contract is for custodial services for various Santa Rosa County facilities. The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, labor, and supervision to perform the duties outlined in the contract. The contract period is for two years with the possibility of up to three one-year annual renewals. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in janitorial and custodial services and must have a physical office within 50 miles of Santa Rosa County. The contract includes a detailed scope of work, including cleaning frequencies and responsibilities for various facilities. Some key points include: * Restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized three days per week * Hallways and common areas will be vacuumed and/or mopped three days per week * Office areas will be cleaned three days per week * Windows will be cleaned once per month * Trash containers will be emptied three days per week * Exterior trash containers will be emptied three days per week * The contractor must provide certificates of insurance that meet specific requirements, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and business auto liability. * The contractor must also provide a bid price based on the plans and specifications, and must include a schedule of unit prices in the bid package.
