Custodial Services

Florida International University (FIU) is seeking to establish a contractual relationship with an experienced and qualified firm to provide custodial services in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. The contract includes general custodial and COVID disinfection services throughout various FIU Athletic facilities. The vendor will provide routine, scheduled, and unscheduled emergency cleaning services. Some key points include: • The contract term is for 3 years with two optional 1-year renewals • The vendor must furnish all necessary tools, equipment, safety materials, chemicals, and more to perform the work • The vendor shall designate a site supervisor and be readily available to provide services as assigned daily • Some cleaning will be done after business hours, weekends, and on holidays The awarded vendor is Saniklean Inc.
