CONSULTING SERVICES FOR ELECTRONICALLY STORED INFORMATION (ESI)

The City of Palm Bay is seeking consulting services for electronically stored information (ESI). The consultant will assist in developing a comprehensive operational and technology strategy that encompasses records and information management for e-mail and other forms of ESI. The contract includes three phases, with estimated prices of $69,300, $30,000, and $16,800 for each phase. The total proposal price is $116,100. • The consultant will assess the City's current situation concerning records and document management. • The consultant will provide a detailed assessment and clear definition of the City's problems, goals, and objectives. • The consultant will provide tailored solutions that identify the risk, benefits, and anticipated costs surrounding the creation, retention, disposition, preservation, legal holds, and overall document management of e-mail and ESI.
