Project/Program Management ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is a professional services agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and CDR Maguire Inc for project/program management ITQ services. The agreement has a term of two years, with the option to renew for two successive periods of one year each. The contract includes provisions for work orders, compensation, termination, and indemnification. The City of Pittsburgh has the right to terminate the agreement at any time without cause or liability. The contract also includes requirements for insurance, workers' compensation, and compliance with laws and regulations. Some key aspects of the job's work and scope-of-work include: • Project and program management services to assist the City of Pittsburgh with management of their projects through the design and construction stages. • Invoice processing, funding authorization, consultant coordination, meeting attendance, project tracking, technical reviews, and environmental phase assistance. • The contractor must provide all work within the time limits required under the agreement and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must also provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation coverage. • The City of Pittsburgh has the right to audit the contractor's records and inspect their work. The contract has a total compensation limit of $2,500,000 annually. The contractor must follow all City-approved invoicing form requirements and procedures to receive payment for compensable work.
