Off Site Storage

This contract is for off-site storage of vital records for all Commonwealth Agencies. The stored records are used in support of the processes necessary to accomplish the business of the Commonwealth and its citizens. The records will consist of various types, which will include both magnetic and non-magnetic media. The off-site storage is needed to protect valuable data required for disaster recovery support and historical purposes. The media must also be maintained in a secure and hazard-free environment located at least fifty (50) miles from the Commonwealth Capitol. • The contract includes services such as daily pickup and delivery, weekend/holiday pickup and delivery, demand delivery, emergency business pickup and delivery, and storage of containerized and non-containerized media. • The contract also includes handling services for containerized and non-containerized media. • The contractor is required to comply with IRS Publication 1075 and maintain the confidentiality of federal tax information. • The contract has a term of 4 years, with an option for renewal. • The contract value is estimated to be around $14,419.29, based on the prices listed in the contract document.
