This contract is for minor home repairs at 911 Canyon View Rd. #210 Northfield, Ohio 44067. The project includes electrical, plumbing, and other repairs, and the contractor must have experience with lead-based paint abatement and healthy homes initiatives. The contractor must also have a current registration, bond, and insurance on file with the appropriate jurisdictions building department, and must carry a minimum of $2,000,000 of General Commercial Liability Insurance and $1,000,000 of Commercial Auto Liability.
