Printing of Montana Kaimin

The University of Montana is soliciting bids for the printing and distribution of the Montana Kaimin, a weekly full-color publication. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to seven years. The estimated annual usage for the term of the contract is $25,000.00. The bidder must provide prices for regular weekly runs and special supplement runs, as well as answers to additional questions. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make awards in any manner deemed in the best interest of the University. • The publication will be printed in full color, with a tabloid size of 10.5" x 10.25". • The regular weekly run will be 2,500 copies, with 12 issues per semester. • The special supplement run will be "as needed", with 2,500 copies. • The bidder must provide a minimum of three professional references. • The bidder must specify how long they have been in the business of providing services similar to those requested. • The University will pay the bidder upon submission of a proper invoice, with payment terms of Net 30 days.
