Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for eight City‑owned facilities, including the Operations Center sites and the Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization office. Services are required twice weekly at each location and cover daily cleaning, monthly “high‑dust” and “high‑glass” tasks, and quarterly specialty cleaning. The contractor must supply all cleaning equipment and green products, perform work after 5 PM on weekdays, and comply with background‑check, uniform, and MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements. The contract is initially for a period ending June 30 2025 with two possible one‑year extensions, and pricing is presented on a per‑visit basis.
