TATTOO REMOVAL SERVICES (Western and Southern County of Riverside Area Only)

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Probation Department is seeking proposals from licensed professionals qualified in providing medically related Tattoo Removal Services within the State of California. The purpose of this contract is to improve the lives of offenders and the community overall by providing tattoo removal services for adult and juvenile offenders who desire to make a positive change in their lives but find it difficult due to having visible tattoos as a result of identification in gangs, sex trafficking, and prostitution.
