Food Services

This contract is for food services at the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, Detention Center. Trinity Services Group, Inc. will operate and manage the food services, providing meals to inmates, staff, and other persons at the facility. The contract term is for three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The financial arrangements are based on a sliding scale, with the price per meal varying depending on the inmate population. Trinity will invoice Jackson County each week for the total amount due, and Jackson County will pay the invoice amount within thirty days.
