Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for multiple City‑owned facilities and the Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization. Services are required twice weekly at each site and include daily cleaning, monthly “high‑dust” and “high‑glass” tasks, and quarterly deep‑cleaning duties. The contractor must supply all cleaning equipment and green‑product supplies (except paper products, toilet paper, soap, and liners provided by the City), pass background checks for all staff, and maintain a uniformed on‑site supervisor. The contract term runs until June 30 2025 with the possibility of two additional one‑year extensions, and pricing is structured on a per‑visit basis with a 2 % escalation for each renewal. Evaluation will consider technical competence (30 pts), approach/methodology (30 pts), and cost (40 pts) in a criteria‑based selection.
