Continuing Structural Consulting Services

The contract is for continuing structural consulting services at Tampa International, Peter O. Knight, Tampa Executive, and Plant City Airports. The services include providing consultant services in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, and the Owner's Request for Qualifications dated February 12, 2020. The contract has a term of 5 years and a not-to-exceed amount of $3,700,000. The consultant is required to maintain adequate records and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Owner's policies. • The contract includes provisions for payments, reimbursable expenses, and audits. • The consultant is required to provide a project manager and managing principal. • The contract has a termination clause and a provision for disputes and claims. • The consultant is required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Owner's policies. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnity, and waivers. • The consultant is required to maintain confidentiality and protect the Owner's intellectual property.
