Groundwater Monitoring Lab Services at the Horn Rapids Landfill

The City of Richland has awarded a contract to Analytical Resources, LLC for groundwater monitoring laboratory services at the Horn Rapids Landfill. The contract was awarded at the March 19, 2024, Council meeting. The scope of work includes providing laboratory services for the monitoring of groundwater at the landfill.
