Title IX Investigator Services - DH

Coastal Carolina University has awarded a contract for Title IX Investigator Services to Grand River Solutions, Inc. and INCompliance Consulting. The contract is for an as-needed basis, with a maximum contract period of August 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. The total value of the contract shall not exceed $65,000.00. The services will be provided on an hourly basis, with Grand River Solutions, Inc. being awarded $225.00 per hour and INCompliance Consulting being awarded $300.00 per hour. • The contract is for investigating Title IX complaints filed against the University. • The contractors will provide services on an as-needed basis. • The contract has a maximum value of $65,000.00. • The contractors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to commencement of services if they will be present on University property.
