This contract provides comprehensive transportation, delivery, and storage services for voting equipment used in every Cuyahoga County election from June 2023 through May 2025. The contractor must handle secure movement of ballot scanners, ADA voting units, collapsible security cages, voting booths, and associated supplies, maintain a secure warehouse for thousands of booths between elections, and meet strict delivery milestones (75 % by the Tuesday before Election Day, 95 % by the Friday before, and 100 % by noon the day before).
