Postcard Mailing Service

The Granite School District (GSD) is seeking a vendor to provide postcard mailing services. The contract is for a one-year term with the option to renew for four additional years. The vendor will be responsible for providing artwork proofs, printing, and mailing services for postcard-sized pieces. The contract includes the following products: 4" x 6" postcards, 5" x 7" postcards, and mailing lists. The vendor must also provide mailing services at the lowest cost as dictated by current USPS postal rates. • The contract is for a one-year term with the option to renew for four additional years. • The vendor must provide artwork proofs, printing, and mailing services for postcard-sized pieces. • The contract includes the following products: 4" x 6" postcards, 5" x 7" postcards, and mailing lists. • The vendor must provide mailing services at the lowest cost as dictated by current USPS postal rates. • The contract is not exclusive, and GSD reserves the right to go outside of this contract for unique products and volumes.
