General Maintenance Services

This contract is for general maintenance services to be provided by CTG Construction, Inc. DBA C.T. Georgiou Painting Co. to the County of Orange, Social Services Agency (SSA). The contract is for a term of three years, with an option to renew for an additional one-year term and one eight-month term period. The total cost of the contract shall not exceed $594,000. The scope of work includes general maintenance services as specified in the Regional Cooperative Agreement (RCA) incorporated into the contract. The contractor shall provide the services at the fixed rates specified in the RCA.
