Description
This contract awards a seasonal shelter services program for the 2024‑2025 winter season in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The vendor will be responsible for providing overnight shelter, meals, hygiene facilities, winter clothing, laundry, and comprehensive case‑management referrals, as well as data reporting into the County’s Homeless Management Information System. The scope also includes compliance with building, fire, and health codes, and the ability to operate under winter weather conditions. The contract period runs from mid‑November 2024 to mid‑April 2025, with bids submitted by the end of October 2024.
