Provide VisualZen Orientation Premium software or approved equal- TO

Coastal Carolina University has awarded a contract to VisualZen Inc for the provision of VisualZen Orientation Premium software to support orientation, transition, and family programs offered by the university. The contract is for a period of three years, with an option to renew for an additional two years. The software will provide new students and their families with the entire onboarding process, from registration for orientation and family weekends, event management, mass communication, and a streamlined check-in. The contract includes a warranty and requires the vendor to provide customer support and training. The university reserves the right to inspect and reject any equipment or services that do not meet the contract requirements. Some key features of the software include: VS Orientation Premium Plus 5.5 Package, Orientation Responsive student experience & ADA Validation, Orientation Student data file logic, Single sign-on capabilities for 7000 + users, Import and Export engines, Payment Integration, Grouping/Advising (Housing, Archive Services, Student Online), and Orientation services (confirmation packet, task lists, supporter module, reservation/ form downloader).
